Ar + Co2 gas. During welding, stable arc, low spatters, excellent fabrication weld ability and low sensitivity of weld gas porosity can be obtained. It can be used for all position welding with large welding current range.

Applications: Suitable for welding carbon steel and 500MPa grade low alloy steel, such as vehicles, bridges, construction, mechanical structures etc. Also it can be used in welding thin plates and pipelines with high speed.

Description: ER49-1 is a carbon steel and low alloy steel gas shield welding wire. It is able to prevent gas porosity and slag inclusion producing due to the deoxidization depending on Mn and Si in the wire jointly. The crack resistance of weld metal can be developed and satisfactory mechanical properties can be obtained.

Applications: Suitable for welding carbon steel and 500MPa grade low alloy steel, such as vehicles, bridges, construction and mechanical structures etc.
